Delete your A1 Study account

Send a deletion request

1. Email support@a1-study.com with the subject Delete my A1 Study account.
2. Send the request from the email address linked to your A1 Study account where possible.
3. We may ask you to complete a proportionate identity check. We will never ask for your password.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the account data under our control, including:

• your A1 Study authentication account and profile;
• your exam level, year, country and subject choices;
• your saved study progress, quiz and flashcard activity, streaks, points and achievements;
• your app settings and identifiers linked to the account; and
• subscription-entitlement records held for A1 Study, except records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.

Limited records may be retained where required by law, to resolve a dispute, or to protect the service from fraud and abuse. Data may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary retention cycle.

Cancel your subscription separately

• Manage Apple subscriptions
• Manage Google Play subscriptions

Apple and Google control their own transaction records and may retain purchase information under their policies and legal obligations.
