Our approach

A1 Study is the data controller for personal data processed through the A1 Study app and website and operates in Ireland. We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the service.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party behavioural advertising. For full details about the data we collect, why we use it and how long we keep it, read our Privacy Policy.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to:

• provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete your personal data;
• restrict or object to certain processing; or
• provide eligible information in a portable format.

To make a request, email support@a1-study.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to your account. We will never ask for your password.

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your A1 Study account from within the app. If you cannot access the app, follow the steps on our account-deletion page to submit a request.

How we protect personal data

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to A1 Study. Where required, we use data-processing agreements and lawful safeguards for international transfers.

Service providers

• Supabase provides authentication, database and backend infrastructure.
• Apple and Google provide optional sign-in and process mobile subscription payments.
• RevenueCat manages subscription status and access entitlements.
• Vercel hosts and delivers the A1 Study website.
