To help us find your account, contact us from the email address linked to A1 Study where possible. Never send your password, Apple password, Google password or full payment-card details.

Account deletion

To delete your A1 Study account and associated data, use the account-deletion option in the app. If you cannot access the app, email support@a1-study.com from the email address linked to your account where possible. We may need to verify your identity.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google. Include the platform you used and a non-sensitive copy of the relevant store receipt when contacting us. Refunds and payment-method changes are handled under the store's own process.

Privacy

Privacy and data-rights requests can also be sent to support@a1-study.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account-specific request.
