To request permanent deletion of your A1 Study account and associated personal data, please email us using the button below.
Where possible, send your request from the email address linked to your A1 Study account. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

What happens to your data?
Your account and associated personal data, including your study progress, will be deleted or anonymised. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Premium Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
