1. Introduction

Welcome to A1 Study ("Company", "we", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.a1-study.com/ and the A1 Study mobile application (together, the "Service").

If you do not agree with or cannot comply with these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We handle personal data in accordance with the A1 Study Privacy Policy.

2. Account Use and Security

You may not share your account or allow another person to use your login details.

You must take reasonable care to protect your password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or account misuse, or a security risk affecting you, A1 Study, or other users.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or A1 Study cancels it. You may cancel renewal through the subscription settings of the applicable app store or payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle unless the provider's rules state otherwise.

A valid payment method accepted by the applicable app store or payment provider shown at checkout is required to process your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing and payment information to that provider. By submitting payment information, you authorize the provider to process all Subscription fees incurred through your account.

4. Free Trial

A1 Study may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for a free trial.

If you enter billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, the applicable app store or payment provider will not charge you until the Free Trial expires. Unless you cancel through that provider before the end of the Free Trial, the provider will automatically charge the Subscription fee for the plan you selected.

At any time and without notice, A1 Study reserves the right to (i) modify the terms of a Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel a Free Trial offer.

5. Fee Changes

A1 Study, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

A1 Study will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law or applicable app-store rules, Subscription fees are non-refundable. We may review refund requests individually.

7. Content

The Content on our Service, including revision notes, flashcards, quizzes, exam-paper materials, graphics, and other material, is owned by or licensed to A1 Study.

Subject to these Terms, A1 Study grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service and its Content for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You may not use the Content for commercial purposes or personal gain without express written permission from A1 Study. If you have any concerns regarding our Content, contact support@a1-study.com.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits another person's use or enjoyment of the Service, or that may harm or offend A1 Study or its users or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it or interfere with another person's use of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying material on the Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its Content, features, and functionality remain the property of A1 Study and its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without A1 Study's prior written consent.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider shown at checkout.

We do not store or collect your full payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to the applicable app store or payment provider, whose use of your personal information is governed by its privacy policy.

11. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

12. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before a material change becomes effective.

You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

14. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be limited to the minimum extent and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and A1 Study concerning the Service and supersede prior discussions, representations, and agreements concerning the Service.

16. Acknowledgement

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
