Lawful bases for processing

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases for the processing described above:

  • Performance of a contract. We process account, authentication, learning-progress, personalisation, subscription-entitlement, and service-notice data where necessary to provide the Service you request or to take steps at your request before you use it.
